We love Big Chief Tires!!! Had brakes and rotors services done to my car. Make long story short, Aiden front desk took very good care of us. Had some issues with the service but Aiden did not stop until the issue was resolved!! I'm very satisfied with the service that was provided to me. I will continue to come to Big Chief Tires. I will recommend Big Chief Tires for all services to your car!! Thank Aiden and team Normandy!!

Very friendly and professional service. Communicate clearly and promptly. Explain what needs to be done and why. Prices are fairly competitive if not the cheapest in town, but are very reasonable for the quality of work and excellent customer service. I take my car here for Oil Changes, Tires (replacement, rotation [which is complementary for the life of the tires if you purchase them here]), wheel alignment, and brake service. This is a great local business that has more than earned my (and my family’s) repeat business.

Big Chief lives up to its name. Affordable, Efficient, and Quality Service. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was in and out within an hour and a half. The dealership usually takes 3-5 hours for the same service and wanted to charge me TWICE the price. Thank you Big Chief for being a pillar of our community for so many years and providing top notch service from always answering the phone and providing outstanding service once you arrive. On top of that, the folks in the office are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

The service team was very nice! Greeted us upon arrival. Showed concern for our car issues. Went over every detail of the issues and the cost. Was very flexible when necessary, answered all our questions. Prompt and efficient on their work! I will return again! Thank you!

Absolutely the best prices and best service, Big Chief goes above and beyond when working on every vehicle. I have personally been going to Big Chief on Normandy blvd for 40 years, every since high school in 86. And for those of you looking to lift your truck with big wheels, visit the Blanding blvd location, My visit recently was for Michelin Cross Climate 2 . With alignment 👍🏁 Very satisfied, nice quiet smooth ride driving straight as a preachers kid on front row at church.
